You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted to use the 6ph platform.
Each individual may maintain only one active 6ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.

6ph operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These terms are governed by Philippine law.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

2.2 These Terms are effective from the date of your first access to the 6ph platform and shall remain in force until your account is permanently closed, subject to provisions that survive termination.
2.3 If you are using the 6ph platform on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have legal authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and you accept personal liability for ensuring compliance.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or maintain an account on the 6ph platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 6ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are found to be underage, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at 6ph's sole discretion.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 6ph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 6ph makes no representations regarding the legality of its services outside the Philippines. Users accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
3.4 Single Account. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 6ph platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent conduct.
3.5 KYC Verification. 6ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered users before processing withdrawal requests. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS ID) and, where required, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your 6ph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. You must never disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 6ph immediately via the support chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 6ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Account Use. Your 6ph account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person. You may not allow any third party to use your account credentials.
4.4 Contact Information. You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current and accurate. 6ph uses these contact details for OTP delivery, security notifications, and regulatory correspondence. 6ph will not be liable for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 6ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven cash payment. Available payment methods may change without prior notice. The current list of supported methods is always displayed in the Wallet section of your 6ph account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100), or the equivalent in other accepted currencies. Minimum amounts for individual payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 6ph wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) banking hours to process. 6ph is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.
5.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your 6ph account are your own lawfully earned money and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Deposits believed to be connected to money laundering or fraud will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.5 Currency. The 6ph platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rates are not guaranteed and fluctuations are the User's responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to users who have completed KYC verification to the level required by PAGCOR regulations. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal restrictions or holds pending identity confirmation.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200). Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Time. 6ph targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels. 6ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 6ph may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
6.5 Withdrawal Holds. 6ph reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending account verification, fraud review, or regulatory compliance checks. You will be notified of the reason and expected resolution timeline where permitted by law.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and referral rewards offered on the 6ph platform are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded by 6ph are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before withdrawal.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 6ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, along with any associated winnings, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements, collusion, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one (1) active bonus may be held in your 6ph account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus balance.
7.5 Referral Bonuses. Referral rewards are credited upon the successful registration and first qualifying deposit of the referred individual. Self-referrals or referrals to accounts controlled by the same individual are prohibited and will result in cancellation of all associated rewards.
8.1 Game-Specific Rules. 12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 6ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 6ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
12.3 6ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
12.4 6ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or third-party payment processor outages.
13.1 All content on the 6ph platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, game content, logos, trademarks, and written content — is the intellectual property of 6ph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 6ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content.
13.3 Any unauthorized use of 6ph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.
14.1 6ph collects, uses, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 6ph.asia/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
14.2 6ph is required by Philippine law — including Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act) and PAGCOR reporting requirements — to collect and verify user identity information. This data is handled with appropriate security safeguards.
14.3 6ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, and payment processors as required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.
15.1 6ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change, or immediately where required by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 Your continued use of the 6ph platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
15.3 The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code, Republic Act 9487 (Interactive Gaming Act), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 6ph arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 6ph's formal dispute resolution process, accessible via the support chat. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.3 PAGCOR Complaints. If you believe 6ph has acted in violation of its PAGCOR licensing conditions, you have the right to file a formal complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
16.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
